Music for Young People

Since 2012, Leah has been leading song with young people in all sorts of settings — schools, synagogues, summer camps, celebrations and early-childhood centers.

Leah was trained in songleading for young people at the Old Town School of Folk Music, where she was a teaching artist in their Wiggleworms program for several years. Leah has also written several children’s songs.

LIVE PERFORMANCES

In Spring of 2026, Leah had a residency with Pasadena Polytechnic School in Southern California. She taught songwriting and worked with the 5th graders in singing her original song, “Symbols”, during the culminating assembly.
